Grand Cypress Resort is comprised of 1,500 acres in Orlando, Florida. In January of 1984, the 9-hole North and South Courses of Grand Cypress Golf Club opened. Two years later, in 1986, the 9-hole East Course tee'd off along with the Villas of Grand Cypress and Academy of Golf. To complete the 45 holes of golf on property, the 18-hole New Course opened to resort guests in 1988. All aspects of the resort have been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades through the years, and continuing on to today.
