• Take Route 528 (Beachline Expressway) West toward Tampa and area attractions. Follow to Interstate 4
• Take Interstate 4 West toward Tampa to exit #68 (Lake Buena Vista)
• Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto State Route 535 North
• Turn left at the second traffic light onto County Route 535 North
• Drive 1 mile North (past entrance of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress) and follow signs to The Villas of Grand Cypress; entrance on the right

From the North-East

• Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 4
• Take Interstate 4 West toward Tampa to exit #68 (Lake Buena Vista)
• Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto State Route 535 North
• Turn left at the second traffic light onto County Route 535 North

• Take the Florida Turnpike North to Route 528 (Beachline Expressway) 
• Take Route 528 (Beachline Expressway) West toward Tampa and area attractions. Follow to Interstate 4

• Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto State Route 535 North
